Ingredients:
- 4 cups of STATELINE BLUEBERRIES
- 1 can ( 6oz) frozen apple juice concentrate
Directions:

In a food processor or blender, combine STATELINE BLUEBERRIES and apple juice, whirl until liquified.

Pour into an 11 x 7-inch baking pan. Cover and freeze until firm around the edges, about 2 hours. Then, with a heavy spoon, break the frozen mixture into pieces.

Place mixture in a processor or blender, whirl until smooth but not completely melted. Spoon into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, coverand freeze until firm.

Serve within a few days
Yields: 6 portions or 4 cups
